How can I change my shipping address?


You can log in to your account on TAC website. Under My Addresses section, you have the option to amend it if you need to.




How do I activate my account?


An activated email will be automatically sent to your email once you have completed the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider may be blocking it. Please check in your spam folder.




What are accepted payment method?


At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.




How long will it take for my order to arrive after my payment?


Customers within Canada should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately via live chat and we will help to confirm the status of your order.




How do I get a refund for an unsatisfied product?


We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. In case that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchased, we accept returns on any item which must be on its original condition and within 30 days of the purchase. The customer will be responsible for shipping cost coverage of returns. Once your returns are received and approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your initial method of payment within a period of 14 days.
